Code of Conduct

This class requires teamwork and open communication (student-to-student as well as teacher-to-student). We learn best when everyone can freely express themselves and feels respected. It also helps to create a learning environment, in which everyone knows the expectations and takes responsibility for their learning as well as the group’s learning as a whole.

We will work on developing a Code of Conduct for this class establishing rules for

  1. Teamwork
  2. Classroom discussions.

The code of conduct supplements policies outlined in the course syllabus and JMU’s Honor Code.
